Moline Proofing/Tray Loading
Moline automatic proofer carries yeast-raised product through a climate
controlled environment allowing the product to rise properly or "proof".
The proofer maintains specific temperature and relative humidity as the
product is conveyed through on trays. Electronically controlled and
synchronized with the production system, the proofer provides consistent
results. Standard proofer loading is typically achieved with a shuttle. Options provide the type of solutions required for high volume
production such as starch reclaim bins, product discharge variations,
dual zone climate control, additional modules for large operations and
pass-thru modules for easy access.
The Moline transpositor
automatically cuts product to size and delivers it to the proofer trays.
Once cut, the product is directed to the carriage conveyor on the
transpositing module which cycles back and forth, precisely depositing
the cut product onto the proofer trays.
Mounted at the proofer infeed,
the starch duster applies a fine coating of starch to the proofer trays
for optimum product release.
