Biscuit and Bagel Lines
The fully automated Moline Biscuit and Bagel Lines consist of a tri-roll extruder for dough forming, a sheeting line and a makeup line (with dough trim, product cutting, trim return and flour removal equipment).  These lines can obtain rates from 2,000 to 20,000 pounds per hour depending on cutter and equipment size.  Equipment is available from 24" to 60" wide.  Q
ualified factory-trained technicians provide onsite supervision as the equipment is uncrated, installed and put into operation.
