The fully automated Moline Pie System is used for folded and filled pies
in a variety of shapes and sizes (pie crust systems are also available). The system consists of a chunker and
low stress dough former, a sheeting
line, a makeup line (with cutting, trim
removal, topping, water application and plowing
accessories), an automatic proofer with shuttle loading, a fryer,
and an icing/glazing unit. This equipment can efficiently
produce fried pies at rates from 2,000 to
20,000 pounds per hour
depending on equipment size.
Systems are available from 24" to 60" wide. As always, qualified
factory-trained technicians provide onsite supervision as the system is
uncrated, installed and put into operation.
