Pizza Crust / Flatbread Lines
Moline Pizza Crust Lines are also easily used to produce flatbread.  The lines typically consist of a chunker and tri-roll extruder (or the YOGA high capacity no stress dough former), a sheeting line, a laminator, makeup line and trim removal equipment.  Production rates from 2,000 to 20,000 pounds per hour are dependent upon equipment size.  Lines are available from 24" to 60" wide.  Custom-built cutters provide the desired product size and production rate.  Q
ualified factory-trained technicians provide onsite supervision as the system is uncrated, installed and put into operation.
